If you are not entitled to Legal Aid we have a number of ways to help you manage the costs of your legal case. We understand that clients face considerable worry about how they will fund their legal fees. 

We make sure our fees are competitive and give value for money. 

Our Peace of Mind service means we work to a fixed fee which is agreed in advance.

 

You can opt to pay your fee in monthly installments to help with budgeting. If you choose to pay in fixed monthly installments we will send you a monthly statement showing how much you have paid and what is left to pay. 

If you are found not guilty then we can help you apply to Central Funds for a part refund. The exact amount is set by the court. 

Pay as you go 

If you prefer to pay as work is completed we are able to give you a detailed breakdown of costs and payment dates. 

You can pay by BACS transfer or Credit / Debit card.
